The Advanced Placement Program
AP is a rigorous academic program built on the commitment, passion, and hard work of students and educators from both secondary schools and higher education. Since 1955, the AP Program has enabled millions of students to take college-level courses and exams, and to earn college credit or placement while still in high school.

The Advanced Placement Program in Onslow County Schools
Onslow County is proud to provide a wide assortment of Advanced Placement Courses across all seven of our High Schools. Each school offers different courses, so please look through the classes that are offered in Onslow County Schools and which school they are located at. Each course listing provides and overall course description, a link to a PDF that provides more details about the course, and a list of the schools that offer that course. Any additional questions about course offerings may be brought to the attention of the Guidance Counselor at your school.
